About the Archive

Built by a collector.
Driven by curiosity.

An independent project devoted to preserving Mark Teixeira’s baseball story with the care of an archive and the enthusiasm of a fan.

The mission

More than a fan page.

The Teixeira Archive began as a simple idea: build a lasting place where the career, cards, autographs, memorabilia and researched history of Mark Teixeira could be documented together.

Instead of collecting disconnected facts or images, the goal is to preserve their context. Every season can be studied. Every collectible can carry a catalog record. Every historical claim can be linked back to evidence.

Our guiding principles.

Accuracy. Verified records come first. We link to the original source wherever practical and correct mistakes as they are found.

Provenance. A photograph of an item is not proof that it was game-used or authentically signed. Documentation and limitations must be described accurately.

Respect. Biographical and genealogical research should never expose private information about living people without appropriate permission.

Independence. The site is an unofficial research and collecting project. It does not represent Mark Teixeira, his family, any professional club, or Major League Baseball.

A living project. This is version 2.0 of the website, not a claim that a completed, comprehensive physical archive already exists. More primary research and genuine collection records will be added gradually.

What comes next?

More researched career chapters, original object photography, a sortable trading-card checklist, and an autograph reference catalog. Every addition will make the site more useful to collectors, historians, and curious baseball fans.

Contact & legal information

A dedicated contact address, legal notice and privacy information will be added before the archive is promoted publicly. Until then, this release is a working museum preview. No visitor accounts, contact forms or analytics scripts are included in this version.
